SHIPPING - USA Flat Rate
For the initial launch of our online shop, a special flat rate of $8.75 will be applied to all orders for USA states. This special rate ends in September 2021.
We try to keep shipping rates as simple and friendly as we can. If you have any questions on shipping rates, please email email@example.com prior to placing your order.
SHIPPING - International Orders
For all customers outside of the USA, please contact us prior to placing an order. Please send order details and shipping info to firstname.lastname@example.org. As an indie game company, international shipping is an expensive proposition (even to our nearby Canadian neighbors). We will attempt to find the best rates available.
TAXES - Domestic & International
Unless otherwise specified on a sales order or invoice, prices stated on our website do not include sales, use, excise, or any other tax, duty, fee, or charge. The buyer may be responsible for the payment of sales or use tax to their respective governing authorities.
OUR GOOD GAME POLICY
We aim to please our friends and fans with high quality games. Please check your game when received, confirming that all is in good order. If things are amiss, please send an email to email@example.com detailing any issue you have found. We will replace any faulty pieces or parts within 1 month of purchase. After this period, charges will be applied for parts and shipping.
We take extreme care to package your order to avoid any damage during shipment, however it is possible that damage occurs along the way. If your game box has suffered any damage during shipment, you must contact us immediately. Damage claims typically require photos of the damaged shipping box and game (so be sure to take these measures). We will review and resolve such issues as we can.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
(For GameWick Online Shop Orders Only)
For an order placed via our online shop, we will issue a total refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Such product must be shipped back to us within one month of original ship date. Product must be unopened (in original seal/shrink wrap).
If you are returning an order, please contact us to confirm shipping return info: firstname.lastname@example.org. We can refund only the purchase price of the game. We cannot refund shipping fees.
