You are our friends, fans, and customers. Outside of our communications and order transactions with you, we are not in the business of collecting anyone’s personal data. Information is typically only collected from you when you place orders; such transaction processing is handled by our e-commerce partners.
Regarding third party affiliations, our site is designed via Word Press with a Beaver Builder theme. We are hosted on a secure GoDaddy server and with SSL encryption. Our site has shopping links that lead to our Pay Pal or Amazon storefronts. We also have user links to visit our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, and MailChimp sites. If you are directed away from our site to one of our vendor/social sites, you are encouraged to review their privacy policies if interested.
We do our utmost to keep our site safe. If you find that a link on our site leads you someplace unexpected, please report this to us immediately. Our effort here is to keep you and all of our fans safe from those who seek to make the internet a dingy or malicious place.

GameWick Games LLC is committed to your privacy. The info you voluntarily share with us is strictly used by us for fulfillment of the orders you place and for e-mail communications. It is our intent to keep your data safe and secure.
Method of Data Collection
In general, you can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information. Like most sites, our site will use cookies to assist navigation and improve your experience during your visit. We only collect personal information when you contact us via the form on our website, when you transact with our storefront, and also via direct e-mail contact with us. If you do not interact with our site’s forms/store, other non-personalized info is collected (such as visits per page/time spent on page), as per Google Analytics collection methods.
E-mail Address Use
We do not share, sell, or trade your e-mail address to vendors or any other organization for marketing their products or services to you. We use e-mail only to:
--Contact customers regarding the status of an order.
--Answer questions submitted via our contact form.
--Send our subscribers the GameWick Games newsletter.
MailChimp is our newsletter e-mail partner and we follow their policies for list maintenance. If at any time you wish be removed from our list, please contact us and let us know. This is also easily done via the UNSUBSCRIBE button on the bottom of our newsletter.
Placing An Order
When you place an order, our site will direct you to one of our store front e-commerce providers (Pay Pal or Amazon). These vendors collect standard info for billing, shipping and making contact with you. We only collect the data that you voluntarily disclose per the transaction (such as shipping addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc). Credit card information is collected securely by those e-commerce platforms. We do not receive your credit card information (we are typically only provided a transaction code). Please refer to their policy procedures for their privacy and data collection info.
Third Party Shipping Providers
We may share your shipping address (and sometimes phone number) with a shipper provider. Your e-mail will be provided for package tracking alerts. We primarily use the US Postal Service and UPS for our domestic shipping. For international orders, we fill out customs forms and any other required documentation. For our kickstarter fulfillment, we may hire providers on our behalf to package and mail customer rewards/purchases. We only provide the information needed to deliver these services. They are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
Links to Other Sites
Our site contains links to web sites operated and maintained by third parties. We have no control over those sites and their privacy policies will be much different than ours. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites. Likewise, a third party site may link to us; their content and site policies are beyond our control.
