WEGS, the Wickedly Errant Game System is at your command! WEGS is the brand new, old school, sword-n-sorcery adventure game with a Vegas twist. Exploding with the spirit of heroic pulp-fantasy, the game is energized by an errant rule system which encourages players to take risks and, most of all, have fun. Wickedly easy to play, WEGS harkens back to the day when all you needed to go on an adventure were a few dice, a one-sided character sheet, and a willing imagination!
Old Skool is the introduction to the game and tells players how to create their Arks (characters). It’s as simple as picking a class (Warrior, Ranger, Trickster, Mage or Sage) and a race (Dwarf, Elf, Goblin, Gnobbit or Humnz). After a few quick dice rolls to determine the Ark’s starting stats, the players are handed their “spoints” (poker chips) and the fun begins! WEGS is that brutally simple.
WEGS is a great introduction for new role-players, and rpg veterans will get big kicks out of the speed-of-play. The Adventure Game With Dice And Guts
In 2005, El Willy and his band of merry-go-lucky Wegshogs launched a two year long WEGS tour, taking the game everywhere they could on the gaming circuit: gaming stores, college cons, regional conventions and the mega cons (Origins, Historicon and Gen Con). During their travels over 150 gamers jumped into the WEGS fray and took a bite out of this strange new retro game. Some took a whole lot of bites.
